General Questions
Like most mechanical equipment, the machine makes normal operating noise, but it does not have an influence on normal use or damage the working environment.
We recommend operating the machine within a temperature range of -10°C to 40°C and avoiding heavy rain, excessive dust, or flammable and explosive environments.
Yes. It can process wheat, maize, sorghum, millet, and other grains by replacing the appropriate screens and adjusting the roller gap.
Small machines are lightweight and easy to move without wheels. Medium and large machines are equipped with universal wheels for convenient mobility.
Yes. Although the machine is lubricated before shipment, regular lubrication is also recommended for long-distance transportation and long-term storage.
It depends.
Light rain: Short-term operation is acceptable with proper electrical protection
Heavy rain or thunderstorms: Operation is strictly prohibited
Long-term outdoor use: A rain shelter is required to prevent erosion or electrical faults.
Yes. The housing is made of painted carbon steel or stainless steel to provide corrosion resistance. Regular cleaning is also recommended in humid or saline environments.
Overheating is unlikely with proper maintenance. Avoid operating at full load in high-temperature environments for extended periods.
Yes. Ensure adequate ventilation and never operate in enclosed spaces.
Yes. We are supported by an experienced development and production team and offer OEM/ODM customization for bulk orders or special requirements, including specific power, specific size, or integrated functions. Please contact our sales manager for further information.

Getting Started Questions
Please contact us after receiving the machine and then installation videos and guidance will be provided.
Check power supply, belt tension, and lubrication. Run the machine idle for 5 to 10 minutes to ensure there is no abnormal noise or vibration before feeding materials.
Follow the principle “loose first, then tight.” Start with a wider gap for faster milling, which may produce more bran. Then gradually tighten the valve until the rice surface becomes smooth enough and the broken rate is acceptable (usually <5%). The optimal setting depends on the rice variety and moisture content.
The optimal rate allows smooth output without blockage. Adjust the feed gate or variable speed controller to avoid excessive feeding.
Check protective covers, safety locks, electrical safety, belt and blade fastening.
Inspect the machine before starting. Keep your hands away from moving parts during feeding to avoid accidents and feed materials evenly.
Yes. Different grains have different hardness and require screen replacements and feeding adjustments.
Stop feeding first and let the machine run idle for 1 to 2 minutes to clear the remaining materials before turning off the power.
Press the middle of the belt. A deflection of 1 to 2cm is ideal. A belt that is too loose may slip or lose rotation, while excessive tension may aggravate bearing wear.
Adjust the fan air valve and screen size together to achieve optimal separation. A larger fan air valve increases airflow and improves bran removal, while the screen size determines the rice output size.
